We will create a vendor contact list with all the needed information, so you won’t have to worry on the big day! We will contact the vendors to confirm specifics and delivery times. We will welcome all the vendors and accept their deliveries when the wedding day arrives.
Wedding Schedule
We will create a wedding schedule that gets executed on the big day during the wedding planning process. Then, we will work with your vendors to ensure everyone is on time and doing their jobs.
Full-Service On-Site Coordination (10 hours)
Let us handle on-site coordination on the day of your wedding so that all you have to do is get married, spend quality time together, and smile at each other in a way that inspires awe and envy.
Your Support Team
Blissful Events will handle any snafus or blooper on your wedding day so that you can remain in the moment. We will troubleshoot and provide solutions to any issue that arises so that you can enjoy your day.
Behind the Scenes
On the wedding day, you’ll find us introducing ourselves to grandma and helping guests and the wedding party find their way to the next activity. Behind the scenes, we’re taking care of everything so that your wedding runs smoothly without your attention.

Lights, Camera, Love
During your rehearsal, we will guide you and your wedding party and your officiant through the flow of the ceremony and customize as necessary. There is no need to memorize who is walking down the aisle when. We will ensure that every step goes smoothly.
The Final Details
We’ll distribute final payments to vendors based on the contracts and plans, including tips. We’ll also collect any remaining items at the end of the night, such as the cake knife and server, guest book, and other personal items.
